12 Pro accounts churned within 72h of the Nov 14 pricing update. 9 of 12 flagged billing concerns in their exit surveys.
IMPACT
−$33.2k MRR (−$398k ARR). Pro gross retention drops from 96% to 89% this cohort.
RECOMMEND
Pause auto-renewal notices for 30 days; trigger retention outreach on remaining 41 Pro accounts touched by the pricing change.
